We want you to be happy with your Third Nature gear.

Welly bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we send an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Our Printful apparel is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color or for changing your mind. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

If a Printful item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Printful apparel is made to order and ships directly from our fulfillment partner. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change based on production, carrier, or destination.

Welly bottles are fulfilled separately by Third Nature. Campers may select free pickup at Third Nature Summer Camp. Customers who need post-camp delivery may join the shipping waitlist. We’ll contact them later with a shipping quote and payment link. The order will ship after the shipping payment is completed.

Because Printful and Third Nature items are fulfilled separately, items in the same order may arrive—or be received at camp—at different times.

Please check your shipping address carefully. Orders returned because of an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery, or failure to claim the package may require an additional reshipping charge.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Third Nature.

At this time, we offer delivery to customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We are not currently shipping to other countries, but we hope to expand our delivery options in the future.

Camp pickup is also available for Welly water bottles placed by Third Nature Summer Camp participants.
