And that's exactly what the world needs.

The Facilitator Fellowship is for people who have been to Third Nature Summer Camp, who want to (or are already) building similar spaces of their own.

We'll help you create experiences that:

1. express your unique gifts

2. help you and others feel more connected

3. invigorate you in this season of life

You’ll learn the art of Third Nature facilitation, design experiences alongside people you trust, and bring more gatherings of your own to life. That could mean a workshop, retreat, group dinner, adventure, recurring community event, or something new we haven’t even imagined.

What you’ll learn

We’ve spent the last 10+ years designing & facilitating shared experiences that help people feel more connected in all aspects of their lives, and distilled our learnings into:

The Foundations of Third Nature Experience Design & Facilitation

Understanding the 3 pillars of connection
Cultivating safety with just the right amount of structure
Unlocking collective wisdom and creativity
Encouraging and modeling presence and mindfulness
Authentic self-expression & co-creation
The value & importance of play

How it works

From November through June, we’ll gather once a month for two hours on Zoom to learn, experiment, and create alongside one another.

Each gathering will include:

A lesson from The Foundations of Third Nature Experience Design & Facilitation
Breakout sessions for peer-to-peer learning
Space to reflect on the events you're leading - share wins, challenges, and lessons
Guided activities to help you design experiences together in real time
Opportunities to deepen relationships with your fellow facilitators
Fun surprises that we're excited for you to experience 🙂

And just like at camp, you will receive a thoughtfully curated GPS group. You’ll meet with your GPS for one additional hour per month to dive deeper into all of the above.

Part 1: November - March

Track A: Space Makers

For people already leading events

Track B: Space Seekers

For people not yet leading events of their own.

Part 2: April - June

For the second part of the fellowship, everyone will facilitate a new “capstone” experience.

Something that is “so you.”

Through guided reflection, community-based learning, and coaching, the cohort will help you explore your unique lived experience and gifts as a human and leader, and bring to life the kinds of experiences you’re most energized to offer to the world.

We’ll help you promote the experience and encourage everyone in the fellowship to attend and support.

Earn Your Third Nature
Facilitator Certification

Once you’ve completed this fellowship, you’ll receive an official “Third Nature Facilitator” certificate that you can:

Hang up somewhere in your home or office to remind yourself of all that you learned and all that you are
Showcase on LinkedIn, in email signatures, or anywhere else you're tryna flex
Demonstrate your facilitation expertise to future event attendees, community members, and clients
Add credibility to and differentiate any future offerings
Illustrate your commitment to building community through creating meaningful shared experiences

And of course, we’ll conclude with a Graduation Party in June to celebrate ourselves, each other, and have some fun.

Dates:

We’re asking for your input on the timing for our monthly cohort gatherings in the registration form, and will confirm for each of the 8 months before we kick things off.

We’ll help you schedule the additional monthly meeting with your GPS group after our first cohort gathering.

Pricing:

$595 for the 8 month cohort

We’re also offering a payment plan that will enable you to spread the payment out over 8 months for $80 per month.
